ENERGYLINX: The UK's newest energy supplier, Flow Energy, is launching its first ever tariff today.
Flow Energy is a new UK energy supply company, and is composed of a well-experienced, UK-based team that are passionate about the UK's energy industry. Flow Energy also works as a designer and manufacturer in the industry, and produces new energy products that are available on the market. As a small, independent supplier, Flow Energy prides itself on having the authority to make decisions with the customer's best interest in mind.
Accordingly, it's with customer service in mind that Flow Energy has designed their very first energy tariff: the Thames. The Thames is a dual fuel and single fuel tariff in which customer rates will be fixed until September 2014 - offering customers over a year of price security. The Thames features paperless billing; however, customers who prefer to receive statements in the post can do so at an additional charge of £1.50 per fuel per month.
Flow Energy customers can manage their account either online or by phone, and will have constant access to a UK-based support team. The Thames is currently available to all customers with single rate and Economy7 meters, and an early termination fee of £30 per fuel may apply if customers wish to switch tariffs prior to September 2014.
As with the introduction of any new tariff onto the market, Energylinx would highly advise that all customers seek professional advice before switching suppliers. Flow Energy's Thames is undeniably a great customer-based tariff with which to celebrate the launch the UK's newest independent supplier; however, it may or may not be the best deal for your home.
