ENERGYLINX: iSupply Energy has further cut its prices by launching the nation's cheapest fixed rate electricity tariff: iFix 201403.
Similar to its predecessors, the iFix 201403 is a 12-month, fixed rate tariff available to electricity-only customers. It features paperless billing, and payments must be submitted via Monthly Direct Debit. An early termination fee of £30 may apply should a customer wish to switch tariffs prior to the end of their contract period.
The launch of the iFix 201403, effective from yesterday, represents a substantial price decrease of approximately 3.2% from iSupply's previous rates. As of now, new iSupply customers will be paying on average price of £454.66 (inc VAT) - which is around £30 cheaper than the next cheapest available fixed deal in the UK, across most regions. Homes that consume above the UK's average electricity usage could expect an even wider savings of up to £50.
iSupply credits this additional price decline to a recent downward trend in the wholesale energy market, and is subsequently keen to pass this savings down to its customers. iSupply had already boasted the UK's cheapest fixed rate electricity tariff prior to yesterday's announcement.
iSupply Energy is a UK-owned and operated electricity supply company based in Dorset which entered the electricity supply market in 2012. iSupply maintains a simple and concise pricing system, and offers customers an unrivalled level of self-service with regards to managing every aspect of their accounts online.
